2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands). When you visit the site, technical data such as your IP address, date and time of access, browser type and the pages requested is processed in server log files. This is necessary to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Orders and payment

Our shop is operated with Shopify. When you place an order, we process the data required to fulfil your contract: name, delivery and billing address, email address, order details and payment information (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, including Shopify Payments and PayPal. Your data may be transferred to the processors involved in production and shipping solely to fulfil your order. We retain order data for the periods required by commercial and tax law.

4. Newsletter and forms

If you sign up to stay connected with GRANDEXPORT, we process your email address based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Form submissions are delivered to us by email through Framer. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by writing to info@grandexport.world.
