Made to Order

At GRANDEXPORT, selected pieces are made to order. Each garment is individually produced once your order has been placed, allowing us to minimise overproduction and make considered use of materials.

Please allow approximately 4–6 weeks for production and delivery. Each piece is crafted with care in collaboration with our selected manufacturing partners and skilled artisans.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over €100. We ship worldwide.

Import duties, customs fees and taxes may apply to orders shipped outside the EU. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking details will be shared with you as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely at checkout, and the payment methods available may vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

As made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, they are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal and are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases of faulty or damaged items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@grandexport.world. Please include your order number and photographs of the item so that we can assess the issue.

We will then send you our return instructions and the return address.

Order Amendments

Requests to amend or cancel an order can be made within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make an amendment.
